The Public Sector Induction seminar provides new WA public sector employees with an understanding of the WA Public Sector, and sets the context for their new roles and responsibilities as part of an innovative, high-performing workforce that is the State’s largest employer and provides professional support to the government of the day.

The Induction seminar is also open to existing WA public sector employees who would like to refresh their understanding of the WA Public Sector. Through its interactive style the seminar provides a crucial networking opportunity for all participants.
This seminar will provide participants with an awareness of the:

- role of the Public Sector Commission and key integrity agencies
- public sector accountability, integrity and ethics framework
- dynamic, innovative achievements of public sector agencies delivering efficiencies and outcomes that maximise long term benefits for Western Australians.
