The Induction seminar provides new WA public sector employees with an understanding of the sector, and sets the context for their new roles and responsibilities as part of an innovative, high-performing workforce that is the State’s largest employer and provides professional support to the government of the day.

The Induction seminar will provide participants with an awareness of the:

  • role of the Public Sector Commission and key integrity agencies
  • public sector accountability, integrity and ethics framework
  • dynamic, innovative achievements of public sector agencies delivering efficiencies and outcomes that maximise long term benefits for Western Australians.
