Corruption and Crime Commission Amendment Bill 2012

The Corruption and Crime Commission Amendment Bill 2012 was introduced into the Legislative Assembly on 21 June 2012.

The major purposes of the Bill are to:

  • provide the Corruption and Crime Commission with an organised crime investigation function
  • transfer the oversight of minor misconduct by public sector officers, and the misconduct prevention and education functions to the Public Sector Commission.
