iThink ideas come to life through the Public Sector Commission’s Graduate program

18 November 2019

As part of this year’s Public Sector Commission’s Graduate Program, more than 60 eager participants were asked to explore how ideas posted in the first ever iThink challenge could be implemented across the sector. The grads were grouped into teams and asked to look at how  the ideas could be put in place and what they might look like in practice.

Ideas included introducing greater workplace flexibility and looking at job design, holding agency open days, allowing for greater mobility across government organisations and creating networks for people from diverse groups.

The groups presented their innovative solutions to a panel of iThink and diversity team members, including some of the employees who posted the ideas on iThink originally, over two days

The iThink team is now busy reviewing the ideas and solutions in detail and is looking forward to bringing some of them life! So, watch this space…
