102 - Official Communications
- Unless in the course of official duties or with the express permission of the chief executive officer, an officer shall not communicate verbally or in writing with a Minister of the Crown, the Commissioner or with the chief executive officer of another department.
- The Minister administering a department may request an officer of that department to provide information on any official matter. An officer who has been requested to provide information to the Minister, shall then advise the chief executive officer about the nature of the information supplied.
