This checklist enables you to undertake a self-assessment of your authority’s workforce and diversity planning processes and outcomes to assist you in the development and management of an integrated workforce and diversity plan.

This template facilitates the development of workforce planning and diversity initiatives by looking at ‘what it is’ to ‘what it should be’. It can be customised to meet your authority’s specific needs.

This template can be used to provide your Director General or Chief Executive Officer with a workforce report that succinctly and visually describes the status of key workforce and diversity indicators. EEO management plan template (less than 100 employees)
